Mexican seasoning 4 potato or sesame seed buns, toasted 4 (2-by-3-inch) strips roasted red pepper 1/4 cup guacamole Directions:Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 to 12 minutesMix together turkey, cheese, salsa and Mexican seasoning until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into fairly flat patties. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Bittersweet Herb Farm Sundried Tomato and Olive Finishing Sauce Snipped fresh basil Directions:Sprinkle chicken on both sides evenly with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a piece of heavy duty foil and top olives and grape tomatoes. Drizzle with finishing sauce and grill for 5 minutes more. Great with snipped fresh basil. Makes 4 servings.
